Admission Process

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
1. Admission prescribed form is available in the school within notified time by paying Rs.250.
2. Interested candidates/guardians should submit the application form dully filled with necessary documents mentioned and consent signature of both Guardians and student within fixed time. Prospectus will be given at the time of admission by Paying Rs.100.
3. New student should go through selection test that may include;-* Oral test/personal or Written test or whatever school authority required.
4. For Nursery minimum age is 3.6 years supported by his/her birth certificate or authentic Testimonial certificate.
5. Admission fee is non-refundable after once paid.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
A. RULES FOR EXAMINATION/TEST:
1. Students Evaluation Card will be maintained. There will be four times examination. Each examination carries percentages that will be accumulated for the Final results. There will be term Test that will carry 20% for Term exams. Term exam will carry 80%.
2. Grade system will be used for student’s performance in Sports, Singing, and Work even for Character etc.
3. No re –exam, pre exam or post exam for any reasons in Term exam and Test.
4. Fail in one or more subject cannot be given rank.
5. Cheating/doing any unfair means is not allowed. If caught by invigilator 0 (zero) mark will be given in that particular subject. If the student repeat /get caught again he/she will be expelled from exam hall and his whole exam will be cancelled for that term/test.
6. Student whose attendance percentage is lower than 70% cannot sit in exam.
7. Students, who have huge amount of dues notified by school will not be able to write exam
8. Result declared at the end of academic year will be final and no more re-consideration can be made.
9. Until students dues are paid in full the result will be withheld.
10. Students those who failed in final result in the previous session but promoted to higher class by govt. rules will be able to give Transfer certificate or unable to take admission for higher class or will be sit back again to lower class if he/she failed again in that same class.
B. RULES FOR FEES AND DUES:
1. Admission fee shall be paid in full. No due is allowed.
2. Monthly tuition fees can be paid in advance three months at admission time.
3. Monthly fees cannot be in dues more than 3 months, if monthly fees are not paid more than three consecutive months warning letter to student/guardian will be given. If there is no positive response from the Guardian, the student will be suspended for one week or until fees are not paid.
4. Fees paid are not refundable. if the student take Transfer certificate in the middle of the year the student will have to pay for the full session.
5. Guardian/Parent must keep the money receipt issued from office and shall produce at the time of Fees/dues are paid. Without Receipt Complaint will not be accepted.
6. Students whose dues/fees are not cleared term- wise will be barred from sitting in examinations or their results will be withheld.
7. Rs 250 will be charged for Transfer Certificate.
8. Fees can be paid between 9:30AM to 11:30AM.
C. RULES FOR ATTENDANCE:
1. 70% is required for exam. Student whose attendance is less than 70% is unable to sit in exam.
2. In case of absence by any reason Leave letter must be submitted to Principal very next day with Guardian signature before the Assembly.
3. On absence of more than 15 days without any information/permission from school will automatically cause the student’s name to write off from attendance register.
4. Any student who is absent due to illness/medication must produce Doctor’s prescription.
5. Student who is late to school after roll call will be marked as absent for that day.
6. Any student who leave school during school hour due to inevitable reason (emergency case) which is permitted by Guardian or teacher or medical matters must give Guardian’s signature on Student Leave register without Signature he/she will be considered as run away and will have to pay fine of Rs.500.
7. After he/she left the school compound the school authority is not responsible for anything that happens to him/her.
D. RULES FOR UNIFORM:
1. Student must have full set of school uniform dress within one month after admission is done.
2. If a student comes to school without full uniform dress he/she will be sent home. If there is any problem Uniform In-charge teacher must be informed by Guardian before Assembly or may be able to write application for consideration. At the same time the same excuse/problem will not be valid / permissible for more than one week.
3. If student wear extra another types of dress without permission the clothes/dress will be seized.
4. Students must wear school uniform properly. Shirt must be tucked in; Necktie will just touch the belt, no folding long pant and long arm shirt etc.
5. Uniform dress must be clean all the time. Student coming to school with dirty/unclean uniform can be sent home.
6. Necklace, bracelet, bangles, armband is not allowed. If student wear these kinds it will be seized and no return.
7. No nail polish, mehendi, big earrings, finger rings is allowed. If caught no return. Girls’ earring must be attached to her ear.NO hanging.
8. Girls Hair should be tied with permitted hair band,(permissible criteria will be made )
9. Boys’ hair must be cut smart and proper way. No style and fancy cut is allowed. If caught he/she will be sent home or his hair will be cut on the spot immediately. No beard and moustache is allowed.
10. Loose sock must be replaced with new one as soon as possible.
11. If the same student is caught due to the same reason more than three times he will be suspended one week and will sign bond. If he/she gets caught again by the same reason he will be expelled from school.
GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:
A. FOR STUDENTS:
1. Great emphasis is laid on discipline and character building. The student must maintain and follow school rules and regulations, Student must reach school by 8:30 AM, Who reach school after the bell is late, necessary action will be taken instantly.
2. Any damage caused by student willingly or accidentally to school property shall be compensated by Guardians/Parents.
3. Student must involve in every school programmes /events, school daily schedule whenever he/she is assigned/appointed. He/she should try his level best.
4. Smoking, Chewing tobacco, taking alcohol in school compound is strictly prohibited. If found guilty One month suspension as Warning, if repeated expel from school.
5. Use or keeping electronic items like phone, camera, tablets, ipad etc. is not allowed. If found confiscated and will return only on last day of school.
6. English must be use for means of communication for all students and Teachers during school hours inside school premises. Consideration is made in MIL class particular subject language can be used during class period only.
7. No fighting between students in school compound, If so, both will be suspended one month.
8. Bullying, beating, harassing and teasing others on the basis of race, color of skin, status, sex, religion etc. is prohibited, If found guilty concerned student will be suspended one month or expel from school.
9. No writing/marks on school furnitures, white board, walls etc is allowed. if found guilty the concerned student will pay for repair/renovation Or extra cleaning work.
10. Student must show respect to teachers, while teachers is talking to student, the student must stand still and will reply without moving his hands.
11. Student should show respect to teachers all the time.While talking to teachers student should stand and hold his hand backside. And should not raise his voice.
FOR GUARDIANS/PARENTS:
1. Guardians/parents who wants information or consultation/discussion relating school matters should meet/contact Principal .(not class teacher)
2. The school will provide First aid/health care to student in case of emergency or special need
3. Parents/Guardian should not make any forceful physical and verbal attack /complaints against school programmes, events, incidents or Staff meeting decisions or Principal ‘s decision with others.
4. No guardians/parent shall make negative posts or comments against school programs, events, incident happen in school on Social media or any platforms.
5. No guardians/parent shall make any complaints against school authority or Teachers on the ground of disciplinary actions taken to student. If happen the student shall be given Transfer certificate.
6. No guardians/parents are allowed to visit classroom or meet student or teachers during school hours without permission from Principal.
7. The school will not be responsible for any accident happened by natures during school hours.
8. The school will not be responsible for any students before and after school hours.
9. Parents/Guardians signature must be there in Leave application. Without it application is not valid.
10. Every Tuesday Checking Uniform will be done. If student is caught by breaking uniform rules will be sent home. Parents are requested to check your child’s- nail, hair, uniform dress, bags etc. before he/she go for school.
11. Any damages caused by student willingly or accidentally to school property compensation fee will be given by Guardians/parents
12. If a parents/Guardian wants to take his child during school hours due to acceptable reason must meet/talk to Principal and must give signature on Student Leave Register at staff room.
13. Students who failed in final result but sent up/promoted to higher class because of govt. rules must try to pass current the final exam, if unable to pass, taking admission to higher class is not allowed or will be given Transfer Certificate.
14. Fees/dues must be clear/paid monthly or quarterly. More than three months dues/unpaid fees cause problems to school. IF Fees/dues not paid more than 3 months consecutively, parent/guardian shall be called to Principal office or any no positive response is received, concerned student will be suspended for one week.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
As education aims to develop a person to improve his interest, ability, talents and creativity, mentally and physically and to discover their talents, the school is emphasis on such related programs and activities in this CCA. The activities provided are --Games& sports, Quiz, Singing, Debate, Art& Crafts, Karate, Music, Dances, gardening.
Students will choose/select only One group to which he/she interest most. Every Friday afternoon period is given for this CCA program. Expert/master on particular subject will teach the students along with teacher in-charges. This will encourage, develop and strengthen the mental and physical growth of students.

HOSTEL:
Hostel is available for Boys and Girls separately under the supervision of separate Wardens. This is a Christian Mission School and Hostel under Rabha Baptist Convention, a govt. registered society. Through hostel the student is expected to grow and develop in different ways including academic and non academic.
RULES FOR HOSTEL
1. Admission for hostel will be done on merit base and reservations. No discrimination will be made on the basis of caste, tribe, sect, religion and sex.
2. No visitors including guardians are allowed to enter Hostel dormitory and visit hosteller without the prior permission of Warden even Visiting Day as well.
3. There will be Visiting Day on every second Saturday once a month between 9Am to 2PM..Guardians are allowed to bring foods and snacks for their children. With permission from Hostel Warden Hosteller can go out only with their guardians on this visiting day, But must come back on or before 3PM.Late comer will pay fine 200 .
4. Any hosteller who leaves hostel compound without Permission will pay fine 1000 for the first time and expel second time.
5. Warden/Principal /Hostel authority will not be responsible for any incidents happen to hosteller If hosteller left hostel/run away without permission.
6. If Smoking, chewing tobacco, eating betel nut, or any kind of intoxicated drinks or eating is found ,Fine Rs 500 will be paid as last warning and if repeated expel from hostel without second chance.
7. Bullying, harassment and teasing others that makes others discomfort is prohibited, If report receive the concern hosteller will be punished or expel from hostel.
8. Daily Morning and Evening devotion, Sunday school, Noon service on Sunday, Night service on Wednesday and Sunday are compulsory.
9. Roll call should be done at every evening devotion time. Hosteller must attend this devotion without fail.
10. Time management must be maintained regularly as daily scheduled for Study , Devotion ,social work, Eating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Games and Bathing even Sleeping and Wake up time. Warden is responsible for this proper lines and punctuality.
11. Cleanliness of hostel inside and outside must be maintained all the time. Working list and scheduled will be prepared by Warden. Every Saturday Working hours will be extended
12. Hosteller is not allowed to enter into Kitchen or dining hall either meal/ eating times. All hostellers will sit together and say prayer before meal. NO one go out until meal is eaten. Cooking at any kind is not allowed.
13. After holiday or leaving hostel with permission on another day Hosteller must reach hostel on given entry time/date, if late fine will be paid Rs 200 per day.
14. Mess fee must be paid monthly. IF not paid more than 3 month, hostellers will be suspended.
15. Any damage caused by hostellers to hostel property willingly or accidently/carelessness shall be asked to be compensate by the Parent
16. Warden or hostel authority will not be responsible for accident happen to hosteller due to nature/animal/venomous insects.
17. In case of sickness Hosteller will not be sent home unless medical in charge give permission /advice. Guardians/Parent will be informed (if necessary on serious case) for further medical treatment.
18. Hosteller above class V will wash their clothes by themselves. Under class V Laundress will wash their dirty clothes /uniform every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. For this Hosteller will pay extra money fixed by warden,
19. In case of expelling hosteller from hostel, Warden will inform Principal, necessary action will take according to Hostel rules.
20. Taking others thing/stealing is strictly prohibited, If found the concern hosteller/disobedient will be punished or reimburse the cost
21. If hosteller is sick warden will give signature on his leave application letter
22. No money should be kept by hosteller. Guardians should give money to Hostel warden(,not to hosteller)to buy any necessary things or pay to school or hostel fees.
23. In and Out register will be maintained for records of whenever hosteller goes out with the permission from Warden or Principal.
24. Any guardians shall not make any complaints to others on Hostel ‘s programs, events and decision made by hostel authority, NO negative post and comments on social media /any platform should be made. If guardians/parents is not satisfies and unhappy about regarding Hostel programs, events and teaching, he is advised to have a formal conversation with Warden or Principal rather than making complaints /negative comments to others, OR anytime he can take his child out from hostel, But existing fees must be paid in full.
25. Except their own brother and sister’s concerned like wedding hosteller is not allowed to go home to attend relatives ceremonies.
26. Phone call for enquiry to hostellers about is not allowed. Necessary call to parent will be made from Warden only,
27. Information to Guardian will be given from Warden or Clerk, If any information /inquiry is needed, Guardian can contact Warden not others guardians or outside sources.
28. Whatsapp group for Hosteller is created. Information or Reminder will be posted time to time by warden.
29. Study time Daily routine will be like this; Morning ;6;15-7:15AM; Evening 3;00Pm -4Pm; Night 7pm--9Pm. Late comers will get necessary disciplinary reactions.
